Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
Bookings
Bookings can be made online through our website. The booking is automatically confirmed after payment is received or the selected payment method is confirmed (cash on arrival or credit card).
Important
Please carefully verify all booking details (date, time, booking type, price) before confirmation. After confirmation, you will receive a unique booking code that will be sent via email and available in your account.
- 2-hour slots can be booked up to 2 days in advance
- Multi-night accommodation bookings can be made at least one day in advance
- Prices are displayed in RON and include all applicable taxes
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy to provide you with flexibility:
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in time receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will be charged 50% of the booking value.
Note: To cancel a booking, please log into your account and use the "Cancel" function for the desired booking. Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation notification.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in
Standard time: from 3:00 PM
Flexible check-in available upon request, subject to availability
Check-out
Standard time: until 12:00 PM
For late check-out, please contact us in advance
Self Check-in: We offer self check-in for a more flexible experience. Detailed access instructions will be sent after booking confirmation.
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain the property in good condition, please respect the following rules:
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
No Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property
No Parties
Parties and loud events are strictly prohibited
Quiet Hours
Please respect neighbors between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Liability
Guests are responsible for:
- • Any damages caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay
- • Personal belongings and valuables brought into the property
- • Complying with house rules and respecting neighbors
Important note: We are not responsible for losses, damages, or theft of personal belongings or valuables left unattended. We recommend using the available safe or keeping valuables secure.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card (Online)
Secure payments through Stripe. Credit card payments are processed instantly and the booking is confirmed immediately after successful payment.
Cash on Arrival
Cash payment is made upon arrival, at check-in time. The booking is confirmed, and payment is made directly at the property.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately after publication. We recommend that you periodically check this page to stay informed of any changes.
